Ordering and Shipping Information
Shipping
All orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail using Priority boxes and Postal supplies to keep our costs low. We pay the cost for the packing “peanuts” and bubble wrap to protect your order. When your order is processed, you will be prompted to pay for your purchases. After your order is complete, we will invoice you separately for your exact shipping fees. We will not ship your package until your shipping fees have been paid. This must be done within 7 days.
We do offer international shipping and can ship to APO/FPO addresses. All international orders must be properly labeled and items inside and values correctly identified. Some countries charge a duty fee based on the amount of your order, which is kept by your government’s taxation bureau. This charge is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance
We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for your package. This amount will be added to your shipping invoice. We pack items as securely as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or mishandling on the part of the carrier.
Payment
We accept US money orders. We accept personal checks (drawn on US banks),but these orders will not ship until check clears (14 banking days). There is a return check charge of $30 and if you pay by check you are agreeing to this fee.
We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank transfers and Paypal account balances. Our shopping cart uses Paypal to accept credit card payments, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to utilize this service.
